Phase II ESA

A Phase II ESA is completed to address REC’s identified in a Phase I ESA. These recognized environmental conditions could involve the sampling of on-site soils, stormwater leaching pools, sanitary systems, groundwater, underground storage tanks or pesticides. This sampling is completed by USEPA 40 Hour HAZWOPER certified personnel using all necessary and appropriate field sampling equipment. If required, samples are field screened using a Photo Ionization Detector (PID). We have two (2) Power Probe sampling apparatus’ which offer both a dual tube, direct push sampling system and hollow stem augers with split spoon samplers. These rigs can be utilized to install groundwater wells and peizometers as well as completing soil borings with “blow counts” for structural purposes.
